I am unable to download/Save the latest release.

This plugin would enable saving a fiddler capture to a webtest. It would automatically add the correct extraction rules to the invocation and postback requests. It would also automatically substitute the context parameters in the postback string bodys.

This really isn't needed because there are no longer manual steps when using the ExtractAndSubstituteDynamicInfoPathData plugin.

This plugin would automatically add the appropriate extraction rules to invocation and postback requests. It potententially could dynamically substitute context parameters into the postback request string bodys.

CLOSED ISSUE: Support Full Page Postback

InfoPath does two types of postbacks - partial postback and full page postback. Right now, the project only supports partial postbacks.

Full page postbacks are POST requests made to /_layouts/FormServer.aspx.
Actions like a view switch can cause a full page postback.
Comments: Updated the instructions page to include info about full page postback.
Published dlls do not need updating.
